Refund policy

All sales final. Door Template products are made-to-order woodworking tools and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund based on change of mind, incorrect orders placed by the customer, or wear from use.

Damaged, defective, or missing pieces. If your order arrives damaged in transit, has a manufacturing defect, or is missing components, contact us within 14 days of delivery at doortemplate@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll ship replacement parts or a replacement template at no cost. Replacements are issued in lieu of refunds.

Returns are not accepted under any other circumstance.
