These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of doortemplate.com (the "Site") and the purchase of products from Door Template, a brand of California Custom Millwork LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Site or place an order.
2. Products. We offer router templates and related tools for door hinge installation. Product descriptions, specifications, and images are provided in good faith but may contain errors or change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue products at any time.
3. Pricing. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. If a pricing error appears, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse the order and refund any payment made.
4. Orders and Payment. Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion. Payment is processed through Shopify's secure checkout. By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge the full order amount, including applicable taxes and shipping.
5. Shipping and Delivery. Shipping terms, rates, and timelines are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss and title transfer to you upon delivery to the carrier.
6. Returns and Refunds. Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns Policy. Read it before placing an order.
7. Warranty and Disclaimers. Products are sold "as is." We warrant that templates ship free of manufacturing defects for 30 days from delivery. Any other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law. Use of our products involves operating power tools and working with sharp materials. You are responsible for following manufacturer instructions for your router, wearing appropriate safety equipment, and using the templates in a manner consistent with sound trade practices. We are not responsible for damage to doors, jambs, tools, or property arising from improper use.
8. Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to your purchase or use of our products is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost time, or damage to other property.
9. Intellectual Property. All content on the Site (logos, text, images, product designs) is owned by California Custom Millwork LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.
10. User Conduct. You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to submit false information, to interfere with the Site's operation, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
12. Changes to These Terms. We may update these Terms at any time. The "Effective" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
