Where we ship

Domestic U.S. shipping only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Processing time

Door Template products are made to order. Most orders ship within 3 to 7 business days of order confirmation. Larger or multi-item orders may require additional lead time; we'll notify you by email if your order needs more than the standard window.

Carriers and rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. Available carriers are displayed during checkout.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships. Use it to follow your package to delivery.

Damaged or lost shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged or fails to arrive, see our Returns Policy for replacement instructions. Damage and missing-piece claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery with photos.

Address accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute packages once they are in transit. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, you will be responsible for reshipping costs.
